Place the 5-hour Energy® shot signage at the product at the start of business on March 1st, 2022. If you enroll by February 10th, you will receive your signage from the makers of 5-hour ENERGY® shots by February 17th, 2022.
You should've already received a signage kit from Skupos for all promotions that includes the below:
- Customer-facing stickers to be placed on the counter by the pin pad. This sticker provides step-by-step instructions for your customer reminding them to enter their phone number to receive the discount.
- Cashier-facing stickers to be placed behind the counter at the point-of-sale system. This sticker provides step-by-step instructions for your cashiers to make sure they are following the appropriate steps to trigger the discount.
Ensure that your cashiers are encouraging your customers to enter their mobile phone number on the pin pad. Printable step-by-step instructions to place behind your POS system are outlined below:

To enroll in this promotion, you will need to visit your Skupos Engage dashboard. Under Available 100% Brand-Funded Promotions, you will see 5-Hour ENERGY® buy 3 bottles, get $1.50 off. Click on this promotion and you will see specific details regarding the promotion, dates, how to enroll your store(s), and other key information.
If at any time you are out of stock of the 5-hour ENERGY® shots, please reach out to your distributor that supplies your stores with 5-hour ENERGY® shots to make an order. Skupos does not facilitate ordering additional products.
This will operate similar to other promotions that run through Skupos Engage:
- You scan the eligible 5-hour ENERGY® shots and prompt the customer to enter their phone number on the PIN pad
- Customer enters their phone number on the PIN pad to receive the discount
- Skupos tracks the total monetary amount of discounts applied throughout the duration of the promotion
- You can check the balance owed to you by the makers of 5-hour ENERGY® shots and cash out on the Skupos dashboard
There is a maximum of three (3) redemptions per transaction for a total of 6 UPCs. There is a maximum of twelve (12) redemptions for a total of 24 UPCs per each unique phone number during the duration of the promotion.
- Set up your bank account
- On your Skupos dashboard, you will be able to see the amount that the makers of 5-hour ENERGY® shots will reimburse you and will be able to initiate a transfer of funds to your bank account
- Funds will be available in your account by the 10th business day of the month for discounts delivered from the prior month and any accrued funds remaining in the account that have not been previously transferred out
- You can initiate a transfer of funds from your account to your bank account on a monthly basis for the full amount of available funds
- The funds will take about 3-5 business days to settle into your bank account once you initiate a transfer
- Detailed instructions for how to get reimbursed and setting up your bank account are located here
If you enroll by February 10th, 2022 the makers of 5-hour ENERGY® shots will be sending you signage for the promotion and it will arrive by February 17th, 2022. If you enroll after February 10th, we will send you a printable PDF of the signage. You will be required to put up the signage at the start of the promotion on March 1st, 2022 and take it down at the close of business on April 30th, 2022.
Skupos is working with other brands to offer you additional promotions. When you are auto-enrolled, you will automatically be signed up for all 100% branded-funded promotions (those fully funded by the brand in any scenario at absolutely no cost to you). We will keep you updated via email and the Skupos Engage dashboard about additional promotion details and timing. You will have the ability to opt-out if you do not wish to participate in specific promotions once the promotion is available in your dashboard.
